Miss Grand International Public Company Limited (“MGI”)
Miss Grand International Public Company Limited (“MGI”) operates under “The Experiential Commerce” model. We leverage national and international beauty pageants, such as Miss Grand Thailand and Miss Grand International, as core mechanisms to build our brand and expand our reputation both domestically and internationally. This approach drives sustainable commercial business growth.
MGI’s business is divided into 4 main segments:

The company was founded on November 6, 2013, by Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil and Mr. Ratchaphol Chantrthim, with an initial registered capital of 1 million baht. Our vision was to create a Thai platform capable of competing globally by organizing national and international beauty pageants.
In its first year, MGI successfully organized the inaugural Miss Grand Thailand and Miss Grand International pageants. These events received an enthusiastic response from 88 National Directors (NDs) worldwide, marking a significant first step towards international success. We began collecting licensing fees from participants the following year (2014).
In 2016, the company developed a provincial licensing model across Thailand, granting rights to Provincial Directors (PDs) in all 77 provinces to organize pageants under the Miss Grand brand. This systematically expanded our network and increased licensing revenue, while MGI continued to manage the national pageant directly, maintaining strict control over brand quality and standards. In the same year, MGI held the Miss Grand International pageant abroad for the first time in Las Vegas, USA. By 2017, Vietnam (Phu Quoc) officially hosted the event, reflecting the pageant’s growing international prominence.
In 2018, MGI fully entered the commerce business by launching its first product, NangNgam Underarm Serum, under the “NangNgam” brand. This success led to the development of other popular products in the market, including facial serums, crispy gourami chili paste, coffee, and fermented fish sauce.
By 2020, the company further expanded its distribution channels through TV Shopping, Line OA, and its own Contact Center system. In 2021, MGI embraced Live Commerce via Facebook and other online platforms, which has become another key strength for the company in the digital era.
To support our growth and prepare for entry into the capital market, the company’s registered capital increased from 1 million baht in 2013 to 50 million baht in 2020 and further to 75 million baht in 2022.
