          August 21, 2025, Bangkok – Miss Grand International Public Company Limited (MGI) provides a key update on the progress of the Miss Universe Thailand 2025 pageant. The company has successfully hosted the National Costume Competition, a core event of the pageant, at MGI Hall, Bravo BKK.

          The event successfully showcased Thai identity and cultural heritage through the designs of Thai couturiers. All 77 provincial contestants presented costumes that reflected exquisite craftsmanship and the value of Thai textiles.

1. Value Creation through Engagement & Sponsorship:

  • The competition for the Best National Costume title was sponsored by business partners Numju and Rachi, reflecting brand confidence in the pageant’s platform.

  • MGI implemented a hybrid strategy combining judging by an expert committee with public engagement through social media voting (Facebook and Instagram) to select the top 20 finalists. This approach generates significant public interest and broadens awareness, with the final winner to be announced during the Final Competition on August 23rd.

The winner of this round receives a cash prize of THB 100,000 and secures an automatic “fast-track” spot into the Top 18, a mechanism designed to identify the most well-rounded candidates who meet the organization’s high standards.

3. Linkage to Commercial Activities:

  • MGI announces a key addition to the schedule: the final round for the Best Seller Award on August 21, 2025. This competition will feature the top three finalists: MUT Bangkok, MUT Phetchaburi, and MUT Saraburi. This award serves as a direct indicator of the contestants’ commercial success and business acumen, aligning directly with the organization’s 4B vision.
